Imagine a heart-shaped chocolate sphere filled with mini marshmallows and cocoa powder that melts into a rich, creamy drink when hot milk is poured over it. Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate melts
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • Heart-shaped silicone molds

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  2. Use a spoon to coat the inside of silicone molds with melted chocolate.
  3. When the chocolate sets slightly, fill half of the molds with mini marshmallows and cocoa powder, pressing down gently.
  4. Cover each filled mold with more melted chocolate to seal, smoothing out any excess.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 15-20 minutes until hardened, then gently remove from molds.
  6. To enjoy, place one bomb in a mug and pour hot milk over it, watching it dissolve into delicious cocoa.
