  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes for even cooking.
  3. In a bowl, combine steak cubes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
