  • 12 oz fresh or frozen tortellini
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until no longer pink. Stir in marinara sauce and heavy cream; simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Cook tortellini according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
