Ingredients
- 200g fresh egg noodles
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 2 red chili peppers, chopped
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook the noodles: Boil salted water and cook the egg noodles for 3-4 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
