  • 2 cups ripe tomatoes, halved
  • 6 ripe figs, whole
  • 4 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions
