  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 package (17.3 oz) puff pastry sheets (2 sheets)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
