  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 burger buns (preferably brioche)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or oven to medium heat (375°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined. Form into four patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté mushrooms until softened.
  4. Place patties on aluminum foil sheets, top with sautéed mushrooms and Swiss cheese.
