  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 head of garlic

Instructions

  2. Slice off the top of the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30 minutes until soft.
  3. Husk the corn and rinse under cold water.
  4. In a bowl, combine softened butter with squeezed roasted garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  5. Generously coat each ear of corn with the garlic butter mixture.
  6. Place corn on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, turning halfway through.
