- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream (for topping)
- 2 tbsp sugar (for whipped cream)
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add the whole milk and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined; do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
- In a separate bowl, combine the condensed milk, evaporated milk, and remaining whole milk.
- Once cooled, poke holes in the cake with a fork and pour the milk mixture over it. Refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight.
- Whip the heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form and spread it over the chilled cake. Optionally, sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
